In order to identify and generate high yielding varieties, Agriculture Research Station, Vijayanagar, Jumla had carried out varietal trials on bean during the years 2067/068 and 2068/2069. The study revealed that parameters like 75% maturity days, plant height, pods/plant, 100 grain weight were found significantly different at p<0.01, while days to 50% flowering and yield parameters were found insignificant in 067/068.
