Haemaphysalis were the major genera found in all the domestic animals. Tick borne
haemoprotozoan diseases are now endemic in eastern terai and sporadic in the hilly region of
the country. Local cattle were not reported to suffer from clinical form of tropical Bovine
theileriosis because it might be that they possess fair amount of resistant to the diseases and
