About eleven different types of on-farm trial were carried out to evaluate technologies and performance of varieties of different crop at three OR sites i.e. Sanda, Bankatti and Burrohihiya of Nawalparasi, Rupandehi and Kapilwastu districts respectively in Wheat Toria. and Rayo at RARS, Bhairahawa command area. The activities were concentrated on varietal improvement, agronomic aspects validation of improve technology. The promising wheat genotypes for upland rainfed and irrigated were BL 1999 and Bhirikuti and in rainfed lowland BL 1887…………………………………. |
