Abstract: |
Bean is an indigenous crop of Jumla. In order to identify and generate high yielding varieties, Agriculture Research Station, Vijayanagar, Jumla had carried out varietal trials on bean during the years 2067/068 and 2068/2069. The study revealed that parameters like 75% maturity days, plant height, pods/plant, 100 grain weight were found significantly different at p<0.01, while days to 50% flowering and yield parameters were found insignificant in 067/068. In 068/069, the parameters such as 75% maturity, plant height, pods number, grain weight were found significantly different at p<0.01 while yield parameters were insignificant………………………. |
