Abstract: |
In vitro plant regeneration techniques are used for large scale production of disease free plant materials. Laboratory experiments were conducted for two consecutive years (2005/2006 to 2006/2007) in National Citrus Research Program, Paripatle to develop a complete protocol for in vitro plant regeneration of large cardamom. For in vitro proliferation, the stem explants were tested in MS medium (1962) supplemented with three different levels of NAA and five levels of BAP in a completely randomized design with seven replications………………. |
