Abstract: |
Participatory varietal evaluation trial on cabbage for rainy season production was conducted at Deurali, Palpa (1130 masl) in two consecutive years 2006 and 2007 to identify cabbage varieties suitable for rainy season production. These varieties were seeded in the nursery in third week of April and transplanted one month old seedlings in the experimental plots. The results of the experiment showed that Green Stone was the earliest in maturity with an average of 62 days from transplanting and the highest plant survivability was observed in Green Coronet (98.89%)………………. |
