An experiment was conducted at Khumaltar, Lalitpur during wet-seasons of 1983 and 1984. The local cultivar Sathiya soyabean was found tolerant or non-preferred to the green stink bug (Nezara antennata) damages as compared to the exotic cultivars namely, Hill, Ransom and Lee. These soyabeans planted at four different time intervals showed variations in crowding and repulsion effect on the leaf feeding insect, Chauliops fallax and its predatory spiders, namely Lycosa sp., Oxyopes sp. and Tetragnatha………….. |
