Field experiments were conducted at Agriculture Research Station, Rajikot, Jumla (2330 mast) in two consecutive years 1999/2000 and 2000/2001 to identify cauliflower varieties suitable under Jumla agro­ ecological condition and their appropriate planting dates for extended production period. Five varieties of cauliflower, namely Jyapu Local, Snow Crown, Snowball-16, Kibo Giant and Kathamandu Local were included in the experiment.
