Abstract: |
An experiment of Fertilizer Recommendation Study in Maize (Zea-mays)/Finger millet (Eleusine Coracana Geartn) relay cropping system was ca"ied out in the Hill Crop Research Program (HCRP), Kahre (1740 mas!), Dolakha during Summer season of 2000-2001. The objective of the experiment was to find out economically optimum level of fertilizer recommendation and future soil fertility and fertili=er research for maize millet relay cropping system in mid hills condition of Nepal The experiment was laid out in randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replication. The highest maize grain yield (5_68 tlha) was recorded at Tl followed by 5.0/t/ha) at T/2,. The lowest maize grain yield (2.19 t.lha) was found at Tl. Likewise, the highest finger millet grain yield (1359kglha) was produced at T8 as similar to T2 and T3 and followed by T5 and T4 respectively. The lowest millet grain yield (9+3 kglha) \ol'as obtained at Til. |
