Abstract:	Two sets of selected genotypes (terai and hill) were evaluated to findout their response to yield and other quantitative traits. Yield performance of the tested entries was better at Surkhet and Khumal tar. Highly significant genotype x environement interactions and yield diffe-rences between entries were observed. Narayani was found high yielding and broad genetic based. Most of ~- _ the varieties were found tolerant/resistant"· to moderately resistant to dis.eases except ear rots.
