Abstract:	Mycopllasma gallisepticum (MG) coloured antigen for the identification of MG infected flock was produced. M gallisepticum S-6 strain was used in the antigen. Locally prepared buffalo heart infusion was used for the production of antigen. The antigen was standardised against MG positive and negative sera.
